Who are CCF?

Delivery



  • All orders of £85 + VAT and over are delivered free of charge (excluding delivery charges for products where such charges are specifically stated).
  • Orders under £85 + VAT will have a handling and packaging charge of £5 + VAT added.
  • We can only deliver to mainland UK (Great Britain) addresses.
  • All orders will be delivered to a single address.
  • We provide next-day delivery* for orders placed Monday to Thursday before 4:00pm.
  • Friday orders placed before 4:00pm shall be delivered the following Monday*.
  • Weekend orders placed after 4:00pm on Friday or on a Saturday or Sunday shall deemed placed on the following Monday*.
  • * Bank holidays: Orders placed on a bank holiday shall be deemed placed the following working day.
  • If the proposed delivery day is a statutory bank holiday, delivery shall be made the following working day.
  • All deliveries must be received and signed for by a person aged 18 or over.
  • If no one is available to take the delivery, we will leave details at the address to rearrange delivery.
  • We may need to make an additional handling charge for the return and re-delivery.
  • Should no one be available to take the re-delivery, we may cancel the order and refund your money, excluding any additional charge for the return and re-delivery.
